Founder & Head Coach

Jeremy Beutler

Jeremy Beutler brings more than 20 years of coaching and leadership experience to the PF Outlaws. A former professional football player, Jeremy competed in the NFL, NFL Europe, and Arena Football League before transitioning into coaching and player development.

His coaching career has included serving as Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach at Jarrell High School, where his teams reached the playoffs three times in five years and captured a district championship. During his time at Jarrell, the school also won the 2012 Texas State Baseball Championship.

Jeremy has also served in coaching and performance roles at Weiss and Hendrickson High Schools, including offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, assistant baseball coach, and strength and performance coordinator. He also coached professionally as an assistant in the Arena Football League.

Although football provided Jeremy with many opportunities, including becoming a four-year starter at Ohio University, baseball has always been his true love. A catcher and first baseman during his own playing days, Jeremy returned to the game through coaching his son and youth baseball teams over the past 10 years.

In 2024, Jeremy founded the PF Outlaws with a vision of developing talented baseball players while building a program centered on class, character, effort, accountability, and respect. Since then, his teams have won 11 Perfect Game and Five Tool tournaments and reached the championship game 4 more times as finalists.

Coach Beutler believes every player deserves the same passion, energy, and respect regardless of his role on the team. His philosophy is simple: coach every player hard, coach them with respect, and help them become the best version of themselves both on and off the field.

Winning matters, but for Coach Beutler, the greatest measure of success is bigger than a scoreboard. It is developing young men, building confidence and character, and creating relationships with players and families that last a lifetime.

“Coach every player with equal passion and respect, push them to become the best version of themselves, and build relationships that last far beyond the game.”Coach Beutler’s motto

Tryouts

The PF Outlaws field one highly competitive 16U team that competes in Perfect Game and Five Tool tournaments throughout Texas during the fall and both regionally and nationally during the summer.

We’re looking for players who work hard, are coachable, compete at a high level, and pick up their teammates. We want players who are committed to getting better, playing the game the right way, and being part of a team-first culture.

We also pride ourselves on being one of the most affordable organizations in Texas. Families pay a small entry fee that covers practice facilities, insurance, equipment, and Outlaws jerseys and a hat. After that, tournament costs are split evenly among the team. With plans to travel to Georgia and Florida for the WWBA and World Series, we will also hold fundraisers to help offset the cost for our families.

The Outlaws have consistently competed among the top teams in the South Region. Last season at 15U, we finished ranked #25 in the South Region and #125 nationally, and we’re off to another strong start at 16U.

We’re looking for players and families who want high-level competition, player development, great teammates, and an affordable baseball experience.
